I’ll be honest with you, basketball has never really been my favorite. Fun to play definitely, but it’s never really been that exciting on TV.

Somehow I managed to completely overlook those little tiny numbers next to their names, you know – the team rankings. Needless to say, my first attempt at a bracket wasn’t exactly a masterpiece.
Nowadays I’ve become vastly more sophisticated, carrying a rumpled up printout of my bracket in my back pocket and ducking into any area I can find a TV when out in public. (That’s actually a good way to find new restaurants
Despite is obviously addicting awesomeness, I still meet plenty of people who don’t share my passion for March Madness and who can’t understand why I like it so much, reminding me how I don’t even follow the rest of the season. My response is this:
The best part about March Madness is that you don’t have to have any kind of loyalty to any particular team and you really don’t even have to watch the entire game from start to finish. All you really need is a great group of friends to watch at all hours of the day and night with and a strong desire to Kick. Their. Asses.
Sportsmanship at its best!
Good Luck out there my fellow bracketeers!
